Level of Transmission: HIGH

Please note that arrangements based on this alert level persist until further notice, regardless of current public transmission rates of the coronavirus.

Guidelines For Your Safety:

  • Maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from everyone.
  • Private social gatherings are limited to 10 people.
  • Face coverings required in all settings. Face Covering Requirements
  • Use cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer provided.
  • Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
  • New Policy

In an abundance of caution, and for your safety, some services will not be available.

This status aligns with a new COVID-19 Transmission Index implemented by the state of Utah on Oct. 15, 2020. The index uses a high, moderate and low framework based on public health metrics that correspond directly with case rates, positivity rates and ICU use in a county. In addition to state guidelines, a full list of campus guidelines while in the high transmission level can be found below. Members of the campus community should also protect themselves and our healthcare system as we enter flu season by getting a flu shot.

HEALTH CAMPUS BOOKSTORE

At this time, Health Campus Store in EHSEB will remain closed to the public. However, the store is open for those with badge-access to EHSEB. The store will continue to offer curbside service and encourage patrons to take advantage of this service. Those who choose to shop in-store are required to wear face coverings at all times, maintain physical distancing, and limit the size of their shopping groups.

To keep customers safe as the COVID-19 pandemic endures, Campus Store staff are taking all necessary precautions and have implemented several safety guidelines. All staff members are required to wear face coverings, tight aisles will be limited to one-way traffic, partitions have been installed where necessary, shopping carts and other frequently touched surfaces are disinfected continually, dressing rooms are temporarily closed, and staff temperatures will be checked at the employee entrance.
